CrossFit Dog Fight has structurally programmed WOD’s 

Designed by the CrossFit Dog Fight Coaching staff

Each class will last one hour in duration 

Our On Ramp courses are mandatory for all CrossFit beginners

We require 24-hour in advance scheduling of On Ramps.**

We would love for you to start participating in WOD’s as soon as you begin. 

DON’T WORRY! 

 Each WOD is scaled to meet your fitness level

Saturday is designated for open gym time.

THINGS TO BRING TO YOUR FIRST SESSION:
1. Water
2. Appropriate Workout Clothing (tennis shoes, t-shirt, shorts, etc.)
3. Towel (bath towel if showering)
4. Notebook for record keeping (phone apps and tablet apps work)
5. A good attitude

**A “No Show Cancellation” results in a $15 fee
