Jeff “Mr. Bench” Robinson is our athlete of the month for January 2015. He gained the nickname because every day is a great day to bench after a WOD. Sadly, Jeff has to fill his naval forces duty and go to Africa for some time starting in February. His wife and two sons will miss him dearly as he ventures overseas. Congrats to Jeff on his accomplishments in CrossFit and in life.
