In teams of 2, 3, or 4 athletes; complete as many calories and reps as possible for 1 minute of work per station. There will be 20 seconds of rest between each movement.
Athlete 1: Assault Bike
Athlete 2: Chest-to-bar pull up
Athlete 3: Burpee
Athlete 4: Handstand push-up
Ring rows will be allowed for scaling the pull ups. Box inverted push ups will be allowed for scaling the handstand push-up.
