“Partner Rx+ Karen”
7 minute AMRAP
M/F deadlift
M/F Synchronized Wall Balls
-All 4 athletes may work at the same time
– 2 judges per team. One watching wall balls and one watching deadlifts
RX and scaled LOADS AND TARGET
The barbell must be unevenly weighted. For the Rx’d workout, the 45-lb. barbell must be loaded with 135 lb. on one side and 170 lb. on the other side. For the Scaled workout, the 45 lb. barbell must be loaded with 90 lb. on one side and 135 lb. on the other side.
RX = 350
Scaled = 270
Wall Balls synchronized
Both athletes must squat and toss must be SIMULTANEOUSLY executed. The ball must clearly hit the rig target for the rep to count but it DOES NOT need to simultaneously hit.
RX = 20/14 wall ball to 10/10-ft target
Scaled = 20/14 wall ball to 9/9-ft target
Safety keeps spectators behind lines
Fixes collars if one should break.

2a – “Team Carries and Rowing”
5 minute AMRAP

M/F/M or F/M/F 270 lbs (2 loaded barbells-135-lbs) partner carries 30m

Score is total calories and meters carried.
At 3… 2… 1… Go, the team will have 2 unloaded barbells and one athlete on the rower. The 3 athletes moving the barbells will load the barbells with the Rx/scaled loads and collars. Then, they will begin to move the loads as a team from one of the designated distances to the other. All athletes must have both hands on the bars at all times while moving the loads. The athlete chosen to row will try to accumulate as many calories as possible while their team is moving the weight.
Athletes are allowed to switch on and off the rower as they choose to do so.

Score is total load as a team.
Each partner must designate what lift they will be executing and only be the athlete to execute that lift prior to WOD 2a. All partners can help change loads
