“Death By Clean and Jerk”
Using 80% of your 1-rep max clean and jerk
***Athletes will complete the following workout in a “Death By” style. This means that athletes must perform 1-rep of a clean and jerk the first minute. Then, they will complete 2-reps the second minute and so on until they can no longer complete the assigned task under the minute time cap.
