Assault Bike or Ski Erg or Row 16-calories

Medicine Ball Slams 14-reps, 30-lbs/20-lbs

Box Jumps 12-reps, 24-inches/20-inches

Alternating KB Snatch 10-reps, 1.5-pood/1-pood

*Partner 1 must complete an entire round before Partner 2 can start their round

*Tag hands when before switching
