10 reps of

95#/65# Overhead Squats

Chest to bar Pull-ups

then, complete 12 reps within 3 minutes of:

95#/65# Overhead Squats

Chest to bar Pull-ups

then, 14 reps and so on until the reps are not completed  within the 3 minutes.
