CrossFit Dog Fight will be hosting the one of the most well known Hero WODs on Memorial Day of 2014, “Murph”.
“Murph” will begin at 10:30am and waves will start every 15 minutes until 12:30p. Post “Murph”, a cookout, games, and more will be offered to those who attend.
