BURNER LEVEL
75#/55# Sumo deadlift high pull
3x Single Unders
Inverted Box Push Ups

FITNESS LEVEL
105#/70# Sumo deadlift high pull
Double Unders
Plate assisted Handstand Push up

RX LEVEL
135#/95# sumo deadlift high pull
Double Unders
Strict Handstand Push Ups (floor)

Each partner is not allowed to advance until the first partner has completed their round. Example: partner 1 has 17 reps competed of the 21 double unders. Partner 2 can not start double unders until partner 1 has competed the entire 21 reps.
