Box push up (hands on side of box) 50 reps
Box step over 10 reps, 20″
Box push up 30 reps
Box step over 20 reps, 20″
Box push up 10 reps
Box step over 30 reps, 20″

FITNESS – mod push up standard – knees may be on the floor. Chest must come in contact with the floor. Body must stay as flat as a table throughout the entire movement. If you can not, that is a NO REP.

Mod Push up 50 reps
Box jump overs 10 reps, 20″
Mod Push up 30 reps
Box jump overs 20 reps, 20″
Mod Push up 10 reps
Box jump overs 30 reps, 20″
RX – push up standard – chest must come in contact with the floor. No other body part may come in contact with the floor or it is a NO REP. NO WORMS ALLOWED.

Push up 50 reps
Box jump overs 10 reps, 24″/20″
Push up 30 reps
Box jump overs 20 reps, 24″/20″
Push up 10 reps
Box jump overs 30 reps, 24″/20″
