Using a 6-sided dice to select your movement, complete as many reps as possible within each minute of work:
PLAY 14 Rounds

1:00-min of work

:30-seconds rest while athletes are rolling dice to select next movement
1= Burpee

2= Plate Squat 45-lbs/25-lbs

(held in front of the body)

3= Double Under or Single Under

4= Plate Overhead Lunges 45-lbs/25-lbs

5= Push ups

6= Plate Farm Walks 25-lbs/10-lbs

TIME CAP: 21-minutes
