Complete the following for time:
60 – Hang Power Cleans 115/75
60 – Front Squats 115/75
60 – Push Presses 115/75
60 – Front Rack Lunges 115/75
(Time Cap – 16 Mins)
*Partner 1 works, while Partner 2 rests. Barbell CANNOT touch the ground, partners will pass the barbell back and forth.
Penalty: If barbell is dropped both partners will complete 10 back to back Air Squats.
(Note: We will have a heavy partner strength for your specific warm-up)
