1 – 50 Partner Wall Balls 20/14 (both partners work together)
2 – 50 Cals on Assault Bike (one partner works at a time)
3 – 50 Tire Sledge Hammer Swings (one works at a time)
4 – 50 Power Snatches 75/55 (one works at a time)
5 – 50 Partner Medball Sit-ups 20/14 (both work together)
6 – 50 Double Unders or Plate Jumps (one works at a time)

>Once you’ve completed the “task” with your partner count this as a round
>Post total rounds completed
