Wear a 20-lbs vest
Rest 4-minutes
Then,

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5-minutes
30-ft Overhead Walking Lunge w/ 35-lbs/20-lbs dumbbell 
3 dumbbell burpee shuttle run 5ft
